Nice and Easy Yoga
Nice and Easy Yoga, our gentlest forms of yoga, has been
adapted for those who’s bodies require extra support while still acquiring all
of the positive benefits yoga has to offer. Yoga poses are practiced sitting on
a chair or standing using the chair as support while focusing on yoga’s
principles of conscious breathing and flexibility in movement
Nice and Easy Yoga class utilizes many of the same general yoga poses focusing on versions of twists,
hip stretches, forward bends, and mild back bends to stimulate the body. Incorporating Nice and Easy
Yoga is a safe and effective way to offer Yoga to any group, age, level of
health, or mobility including wheelchair accessibility and pre and post
Nice and Easy Yoga can be used in the aid of symptoms of hypertension, vertigo, multiple sclerosis, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain.
